The Operations Head at Skootr Global is an individual who could drive PAN INDIA operations across all cities that we expand to, in coordination with the entire operations verticals like F & B, horticulture, facility etc.

Coordinating and managing communication between customers & staff and following up to ensure service recovery 6. Recruiting, mentoring, training and developing customer relations / centre team for ensuring compliance to all standards and operating procedures
