  • Associate Director - Sales

    The role of the Associate Director- Sales is to:-


    Leading a particular city sales team.
    Responsible for city team sales performance against targets.
    Implementing sales strategies for enhancing revenue generation.
    Understands the product as a whole as he is supposed to spearhead making it easy to tailor unique strategies around the product.
    Partnering with senior management for administrative purposes i.e. development of plans, strategies, structures, budget, vision and establishment of goals,
    Managing key relationships with external partners and clients.
    Supervises sales managers & acquisitions.
    Implementing business plans by developing field sales action plans.
    Maintains technical and professional knowledge by attending relevant workshops and establishing personal networks.
    Build & Maintain Relationships with IPC's & Brokers.
    Should know the Demographics of Different Micro Markets.
    Competition Mapping ( City Level ), review sales team performance on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
    Achieving Individual & Team, Annual Target.
    Training for Self & Team

    Requirements:-


    • Minimum 10 years of experience into corporate/office leasing.
    • Should have done enterprise office leasing.
    • Should have worked on a minimum of 1-2 million sq. ft. area.
    • Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate, acquisition, legal agreements, product knowledge, MS Office, CRM familiarity, co-working and managed office industry.
    • Must be from IPC background.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, leadership, team building & motivational, negotiation and time management skills.
    • Should be excellent in sales planning, strategy building, competition analysis, need analysis, objection handling, post-sales relationship management and direct sales.

    The Operations Head at Skootr Global is an individual who could drive PAN INDIA operations across all cities that we expand to, in coordination with the entire operations verticals like F & B, horticulture, facility etc.

  • Asst. Manager/Manager- Legal

    1. L.L.B with minimum 3 years of experience, specifically in Commercial Real Estate.
    2. Monitoring and handling litigation's under various laws.
    3. Well versed with court procedures, sound knowledge of civil, criminal, consumer and labor laws.
    4. Good personality and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    5. Drafting, vetting and briefing other legal documents.
    6. Must have good knowledge of Real Estate industry.
    7. Periodic reporting to management on litigation matters.
    8. Ability to interact independently with Advocates, Govt., and other statutory authorities pertaining to legal issues.
    9. Proactive identification of legal risks in the conduct of business and to provide solutions.
    10. Providing legal support to various business functions.
    11. Basic knowledge of computer applications.
    12. Should have knowledge of Landlord agreements.
    13. CS qualification is preferable but not compulsory.
