  • Asst. Manager/Manager- Legal

    1. L.L.B with minimum 3 years of experience, specifically in Commercial Real Estate.
    2. Monitoring and handling litigation's under various laws.
    3. Well versed with court procedures, sound knowledge of civil, criminal, consumer and labor laws.
    4. Good personality and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    5. Drafting, vetting and briefing other legal documents.
    6. Must have good knowledge of Real Estate industry.
    7. Periodic reporting to management on litigation matters.
    8. Ability to interact independently with Advocates, Govt., and other statutory authorities pertaining to legal issues.
    9. Proactive identification of legal risks in the conduct of business and to provide solutions.
    10. Providing legal support to various business functions.
    11. Basic knowledge of computer applications.
    12. Should have knowledge of Landlord agreements.
    13. CS qualification is preferable but not compulsory.

  • Front Office Executive

    1. Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
    2. Greeting and welcoming desks as they approach the front desk
    3. Answering questions and addressing complaints
    4. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
    5. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
    6. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
    7. Check, sort and forward emails
    8. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
    9. Keep updated records and files for internal team.

    Skills Required:-

    • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
    • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
    • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
    • Proficient in English (oral and written)
    • knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
    • Strong communication and presentable.
    • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Customer service orientation
    • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
